My sister and I came here to get a manicure and pedicure for our father’s funeral, we got there at 10:15 and left at 1:07. The dip on my finger nails is lumpy and the top coat is peeling off. I have never had this happen at any other salon. The shellac on my toe nails is lumpy as well. The lady didn’t want to put a tip on my toenail but she finally agreed, my toenail was split in half and I didn’t want it to lift up. The tip came off 2 days later anyways. She cut the skin around my finger nails and toe nails and I have several scabs from the rotating filer. I am so upset that I wasted $126, I just want to cry!
Everyone was so nice and they did fantastic with my nails. They took their time and I was not rushed.
never going to this place again. lady was very rude and rushing while she did my nails, not to mention very aggressive while doing them. they came out horrible and shape was not good and were crooked . I highly don’t recommend trying this place, waste of money.
Went to this salon based on convenience, location and reviews. Unfortunately we found it to be dirty, lacking in friendly customer service, and the nail tech wanted to do things his way and wouldn’t listen. The equipment was the same he used on the previous client ????. My daughter was getting her first set and he insisted on making them very long (in spite of my requests to cut them down) & did a sloppy filing job. While waiting (we waited 30 minutes because we didn’t have an appt) I had a bug drop INTO MY HAIR. The door sign says MASKS REQUIRED but very few people actually had them on. Definitely not returning.
When I first walked in, I was impressed on how big it was and how busy they were. My husband wanted a pedi and I got a full solar set. They got my husband in right away; I had to wait less than five minutes. Chong (I hope I spelled it right) took care of me and was very nice and polite. Great conversationalist. He had a high attention to detail and didn't hurt me at all! (Usually a file will cut too deep.) He seemed to know exactly how I wanted my nails to look. Loved it! I'll come back to get them filled in (something I don't normally do). They also have a rewards card! I'm all about those savings. They have a loyal customer now!
Fast talkers. They practically beg for your services. Walked in Tuesday at 12:45p and they only had one client. The other 5 workers were chillin’ on the pedi seats and one was getting her toes done. // My $32 service was rushed and tacky. I do not recommend you go here. My nails are ugly. I should’ve paid another shop for a $15 mani and then painted them myself. The lady also skinned my pinky nail with the grinder and you can see it produced blood. // The other negative is the lack of sanitation. The only blue solution is by the sink and nothing was in there soaking. The clippers and filers they use are used on everyone without being cleaned and they just sit in a cup with old nail clippings on the techs desk.
Tam does excellent pedicures. The atmosphere is pleasant. All of the nail technicians are very professional.
I love this salon! Lana was amazing! She made sure I knew what I wanted and made sure pricing was okay. She was very sweet and attentive. Over all I loved my mani/pedi and will be back.
