This was my baby’s first time doing her nails, and it was wonderful. The young lady that did her nails was so kind and really took her time. I know my daughter is very active and loses her focus easily. Thank you so much hunny! I hope the tip will cover your pain and suffering, I really appreciate your hard work ????????❤️
Not quite what I wanted but still cute... They are a lil uneven my right hand my nails are longer than the left
Walked in, it was pretty empty, 3 people in total. I asked how long it would be for a full set, she told me it would be at least an hour and a half. I said thanks and walked out
I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was top notch. My pedicure is perfect and my full set of umbre’ coffin shaped nails are to die for. I was pleasantly surprised to see a racially diverse staff. The salon isn’t flashy, modern or new but that doesn’t matter to me. I feel like my money was well spent and will be back in 2 weeks.
I came in this morning for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. There were 6 people already in chairs, but they were still able to service me quickly. A nice lady with locs did my pedicure and who I think was the manager did my brows. Both of the ladies did a great job and were very polite.

The staff with the exception of the woman that did my nails was pretty nice. The woman (red head) that did my nails complained the entire time she provided my services. Complaining about her colleagues, immigrants(and I am a daughter immigrant) the heat, her life and at 9am nobody wants to hear that. In addition to her complaining she gave so much push back to the service I requested as if it wasn’t an average service at a nail shop. Although I intended on not leaving a review and chalking up her lack of professionalism to a bad day. My gel nails didn’t even last a week.
I had a 9am scheduled appointment however... my technician was not available. While I understand that things happen, I should have received a phone call requesting that I reschedule. I drove all the way there only to be told I could reschedule. My technician was not willing to give any type of discount for the inconvenience that she cause. I was not valued as a customer and will not be utilizing this business in the future.
