My 2 daughter's and I went in for a full set of gel nails I called before we went in to make sure they had enough time because it was kind of late and he told me yes we went in and they did not have gel nails they have gel polish but we still proceeded to have it done and in the end one of my daughters fingernails look horrible my nails are uneven but my other daughter's nails look absolutely amazing and we all had different nail technicians. The guy that did my first daughter's nails was very rough and he didn't listen to anything that she said she had to design that she wanted she had the picture he said that he couldn't do that one but yet my other daughter had almost a pretty much same thing on hers and they were able to do it I haven't went back and asked for a refund yet there was no way of them fixing it. We were the last ones there so we were hurried out of the store I understand that it was late and they wanted to close but I called to make sure that they had time and we were like 2 minutes away so if they didn't have time they should have said something.

So my daughter's nails have completely fallen off and it's been maybe a week, plus 2 of mine have came off. I'm so extremely frustrated. $60 a person and they are already off.
It was a long wait but the gel nails lasted for a month and the pedicure (not gel) lasted for 3 weeks. The massage chair was awesome... I did not love how they used what appeared to be an actual cheese grater on my feet.

They are over priced and my eyebrows came out AWFUL!! They are uneven. One is bigger than the other. I will not be returning. $35 for Eyebrow’s chin and upper lip. Ridiculous!
I had a great experience. They were open just before 9am which was awesome since I was trying to get errands done plus a little me time. My gel polish pedi made me feel so good about myself. It's the little things ya know? After being ony feet week after week it was time to splurge. The ladies here were perfect. No complaints. I will be r eturning.
I came in for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine as it usually is. However, the manicure felt like a complete nuisance. Because of my line of work I can’t have fake nails and gel peels up pretty quickly. Also being a moms I don’t get to pamper myself often. For this reason, I just asked to have my nails painted for a conference so I could feel professional and kept up. 1. They just had me sit in a chair in the lobby while someone stood in front of me and painted my nails which was actually quite embarrassing. 2. The paint job was horrible, not even covering my nail. The sides were completely bare. 3. When I asked for one of the nails to be fixed, I was blamed for “messing it up”. 4. The top coat was so sloppy when applied that they didn’t even bother to cover the entire nail which means when it dried, there was a line outlining where the top coat stopped on top of the color. The picture is shortly after leaving their shop and it just looked worse by the time I reached my conference the next day. Extremely disappointing when I was so looking forward to treating myself for once!
Had my first pedicure ever. It was awesome. They did a great job making me feel comfortable. They were very polite and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back.
Update: I go every month now and they are still just as incredible as my first experience! Love this place.
Got us in really fast, and assisted my 9 year old daughter. They were so nice.
