My wife loves this place. When you have pleasant people that love what they do, it's great for your business! The mother and daughter duo that comes along with this store is next to none. The two goes above and beyond to tru and take care of your needs no matter how crazy your needs are. They are very patient in helping you find what you need by all means.. If you're from this area you definitely should make this beauty supply store for number one option!

This place used to be my number one spot. However every time I've gone in the past couple of months the experiences are getting worse and worse! I went in today to get my set taken off, and as you can see I still have nail Polish on a couple of my fingers and on my middle finger she didn't even bother to take all of the acrylic off because she said she didn't wanna hurt me. Of course I'm thinking she's going to wrap my finger with acetone, but no, she just left it! I have no idea if I'm gonna go back to get my nails done, but I will go back to get my eyelashes done. That's the only reason I gave them 2 stars.
The only reason I’m giving even 1 start is because the cashier guy was nice. This was my first time in this store today unfortunately because I moved and could not find a hair store near me. The older lady I would assume the owner followed me around the store like I was a thief. I mean the minute I walked in. Not even a hello or can I help you just follow and watch. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. Lady if you see this review and I hope you do! You really should start treating people with respect. Side note: Not everybody steals!!!!!!
Nice friendly environment. The girls are quick and accurate. I loved my hair style. The prices are lower than most hair/braid shops around. My granddaughter and I both got our hair done in less than 3 hours. Small box braids.
I'm new to wig buying so I figured this would be a good place to start. They allow you to try on wigs and they provide a hair cap to you. The only thing I did not care for was they follow you around which is uncomfortable because I really wanted to try on wigs without someone watching me. But I ignored it and found a wig that was so cute soft and the color was perfect. There is very little shedding but it was only $40 so you can't beat it.
Been shopping here ever since it opened. But today ....wow! I know where they stand when it comes to people of brown skin. My mother purchased a product yesterday and saw that it was the wrong product. She didn’t open it at all! I showed my mom the receipts and said she could exchange it. It clearly states on the receipt no returns but exchanges are allowed up to 30 days. Went in today and wanted to exchange the product but got treated terribly. No questions were even asked if we even used the product Which No One Did! I heard the comments the lady made under her breath. She didn’t even bother to address us but she was speaking to her son. You are guilty as soon as you hit the door! I’m done giving my hard earned money to stores who are disrespectful and don’t even care about the customer no matter what race. They know me in this store because I always shop there....let me rephrase used to shop there. I just came from church why would I lie about some little product! We were called liars today and given much attitude from that lady I guess that’s the mom. Terrible!
The store is way too small for the overstock of product all over the floor.
